What is the Invisalign process like?

Invisalign uses the most advanced dental technology to plan and create your custom-made aligners without messy impressions. Nunn Family Dentistry creates your customized plan with digital X-rays and digital impressions.

Once your provider takes your digital impressions, they upload the images into the Invisalign software to map out your plan. They then send your plan to the Invisalign lab, which creates each set of your aligners.

Every two weeks you’ll receive a new set of aligners to wear. It’s important that you wear Invisalign at least 22 hours a day to maintain your progress. Because the process is completely digital, your dentist can make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
